• Assist with home searches, narrowing down the location, property type, amenities and more.   
• We will explain the contract, assist in writing, and negotiate an offer on your behalf. 
• We will assist you with a list of home inspectors.
•  Help explain inspection results and negotiate any home  repair requests.
• Communicate and coordinate with the seller’s agent, title and your mortgage lender throughout the entire process. 
• Assist you in finalizing all loose ends for the closing including your final walk through before closing.
• Help you achieve a successful real estate purchase.
